“Ashi” means foot and “atsu” means pressure. Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad strokes utilizing their feet and body weight while holding onto overhead parallel bars for balance and support. Many Ashiatsu strokes help elongate the spine and dramatically stretch shortened muscles, helping relieving pain and discomfort.

For women in their second or third trimester, Prenatal Massage is designed to nurture mother and baby. Prenatal Massage relieves the physical and hormonal discomforts during pregnancy such as backaches, leg cramps, anxiety fatigue and headaches. We offer supportive pregnancy pillows designed to allow comfortable, face-down or side-lying massage.

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork with finger and hand pressure on specific points of the body's meridians to balance energy flow and promote healing. It is performed on a comfortable floor mat with the client wearing loose clothing. The experience may be relaxing or invigorating. Shiatsu is used for acute and chronic health conditions, managing stress and improving function.
